This policy describes information handled through the Digitech Corporates website and enquiries made using its contact links.
Information you choose to share
The enquiry form lets you enter your name, email address, service interest and project details. It prepares a draft in your own email app. The website does not submit these details to a server or save them in browser storage. We receive your enquiry only when you send the email. Please avoid including passwords, financial details or other sensitive information.
How enquiry information is used
Information you send is used to respond to your enquiry, discuss your requirements and communicate about the services you request. You can make a general enquiry without using the form. Providing a contact address lets us reply.
Website delivery and third parties
This website is hosted using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser details and security logs to deliver and protect the website. The site loads its Manrope typeface from Google Fonts, which receives a request from your browser, including your IP address. Email enquiries are processed by the email providers involved in sending and receiving your message.
These providers may process information outside Australia. Their processing locations and retention practices are governed by their own services and privacy notices. See OpenAI’s privacy policy, Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.
Cookies and preferences
Our website code does not include advertising pixels or visitor analytics. Optional browser storage can remember your animation preference. You can control this through . Our cookie policy explains the storage used.
Storage and security
The contact form does not create a website database of enquiries. Emails you send become correspondence held in our email systems. Retention of that correspondence depends on the enquiry, any resulting engagement and applicable record-keeping obligations. Do not send confidential material until an appropriate method of sharing has been agreed.
Access, corrections and privacy concerns
To ask about information you have sent us, request access or correction, or raise a privacy complaint, email contact@digitechcorporates.com.au with “Privacy enquiry” in the subject. Explain your request and include enough information to identify the relevant correspondence. If a concern remains unresolved, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner for information about privacy complaints.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when the website’s information-handling practices change. The date below identifies the current version.
